Alternator, A/C and Power Steering

Precision CNC machined from solid billet 6061-T6 aluminum to fit perfectly and handle high torque and vibration. This bracket kit comes complete with stainless steel tensioning rods and chrome moly rod ends for high performance operation. All necessary hardware included. Powdercoated to eliminate polishing in those hard to reach places. Matching serpentine pulleys are precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. This is the same material we use for NASCAR pulleys! These pulleys will not fracture like common cast pulleys. High tensile strength means much longer wear. We go as far as hard coating the high wear areas to "65" Rockwell (harder than steel)! Our street rod ratio increase water flow and fan speed. This helps at critical low speed driving. All pulleys have a maintenance-free clear powdercoat.

Applications:

All of these kits require a 90? angle thermostat housing. These kits also require the use of a water pump and radiator with a drivers side lower radiator hose.
Some kits may require crank pulley spacers. Must use electric fuel pump with kits that include power steering

Alternator bracket and tensioner
Crank pulley
Water pump pulley with nose cover
Alternator pulley with fan and nose cover
Reverse rotation alternator only kit includes idler bracket and idler pulley
Power steering kit includes bracket and pulley
A/C kits include bracket, idler and A/C clutch cover
Grade 8 mounting hardware
